Hamilton College reserves the right to make changes in its operations, programs and activities as the trustees, faculty and officers consider appropriate.

In addition, the College may make such changes in the event of circumstances beyond the College’s control. Such circumstances include, by way of example, severe weather or other natural disaster, epidemic, illness, or other public health emergency, war, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, technology failures or other events beyond the College’s control. In such event, the College may limit access to the campus, suspend or cancel classes, relocate classes, change instructors, or change the modalities of instruction.

The College shall not be responsible for the refund of any tuition or fees in the event that the College makes any such changes due to circumstances beyond the College’s control, or for failure of a class, student support service or activity to be completed on the date originally scheduled, via the original modality or with the original faculty or staff member.
