ASNST-102 Second Term Hindi-Urdu

This is the second installment of instruction introducing students to the basics of Hindi and its closely related sister language, Urdu. In this course, students will continue to build on the foundational skills acquired in the first term, further developing their abilities in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in both Hindi and Urdu. Emphasis will be placed on mastering the Urdu script (Nastaliq) alongside continued use of the Hindi script (Devanagari). Students will engage in practical language exercises, explore more complex topics, and gain insights into cultural contexts, enhancing their proficiency and confidence in using both languages. This course is designed to be taken following First Term Hindi-Urdu.
