WMGST-401 Seminar: Theories of Sexuality

This course introduces students to the scholarly practice of theorizing sexuality. We will focus on contemporary interdisciplinary Critical Sexuality and Queer Theory, produced both within and outside the academy. In order to understand how the critical study of sexuality developed, we will trace the genealogies of these texts and together develop a bibliography of key books and articles.
