Students will discover the science behind academic success and personal well-being as we discuss topics such as self-control, learning and memory, identity formation, belonging, relationships, and stress. Through reflection and regular practice of techniques for managing time, focus, and emotions, this course will help students “know thyself” and find ways to thrive during their time on the Hill.
