PHYS-360 Observational Astrophysics

An experimental astrophysics course designed to immerse physics majors and astronomy minors in the hands-on techniques and methodologies central to astrophysical research. Students will use telescopes to collect images that will be calibrated into data sets. These data sets will be analyzed to interpret astrophysical phenomena.
