BIO-100K Explorations in Biology: Coming to Life – Embryogenesis and Development
A thematic course exploring five fundamental features of all biological systems, including structure and function, information flow, energy and matter, interactions and evolution. This course examines the genetic, molecular, and cellular mechanisms that control embryonic and post-embryonic development. We will focus on how complex systems are built and organized, and explore how we inherit both the composition of our genomes as well as the means to interpret that composition in the contexts of development and patterning.
