HSPST-150 Fourth Term Spanish
An advanced language course designed to strengthen and develop oral communication and writing skills. The course offers a rigorous review of Spanish grammar and seeks to refine students’ written expression through an array of formats including argumentative compositions, descriptive essays, creative narration, newspaper articles, reviews, among others. Attention will be paid to editing and revision. Students refine oral expression through in-class discussion and formal presentations.

Grade of C or better in
HSPST-130 or HSPST-135, placement exam, or consent of instructor. Not open to students who have taken HSPST-140.
Notes
Three hours of class, with an additional weekly hour of conversation with a student Teaching Assistant. Taught in Spanish.
