GOVT-300 Great Power Competition

Major changes in the distribution of power in the international system are reshaping global politics. In this course, we will study security, diplomatic, and economic issues among great powers with a focus on the most important bilateral relationship in the world, U.S.-China rivalry. We will analyze sources from both scholars and practitioners to examine the prospects of peace and war.
