CPSCI-370 Natural Language Processing
Introduction to the theory and implementation of Natural Language Processing (NLP). This course explores computational methods for processing, understanding, and generating human language. Students will learn to represent and process natural language, build and evaluate NLP models, and apply these models to real-world language tasks. Topics include text preprocessing and tokenization, language representations, text classification, neural language models, transformers, and large language models (LLMs).
