CPSCI-297 Software Practicum

Practicum in which students gain real-world software engineering experience by maintaining, updating, and implementing features into existing software projects for on-campus clients. Students receive guidance during frequent stand-up meetings, give progress updates through regular presentations, and reflect on their experience using new tools and software engineering practices. Depending on the semester and projects available, students may work in teams or individually. Enrollment will vary from semester to semester based on current client needs. Students should reach out to the instructor to discuss availability of projects and anticipated availability of spots in the practicum.
