PSYCH-304 The Science of Morality

Theoretical and methodological examination of the study of moral psychology. Topics include moral development, moral emotions, political/cultural differences, moral judgment and behavior, and cooperation. Class time will be devoted to discussion of theoretical and empirical research articles. Laboratory component involves conducting two research projects. Data collection, statistical analysis, papers based on findings, oral and poster presentations. Three hours of class and three hours of laboratory.
