ECON-309 Economics of Healthcare Policy
Examines health and healthcare policies with an economic perspective. Topics covered include 1) delivery of healthcare across the world, 2) government involvement and, 3) current proposed policies or policy reforms. This course emphasizes the development of professional presentation and discussion skills, teaching students to communicate to a wide range of audience while also teaching students to discuss thoughtfully and respectfully topics where opposing views often arise.
