THETR-102 Acting Styles: American Realism

This course builds upon the ideas and techniques of modern realism and its American adaptations through the works of Uta Hagen and Robert Cohen. Students will gain a foundation in an acting process that includes body and voice awareness and use, sense memory, substitution, emotional memory and character actions as well as scene study.
