RELST-224 Indigenous Revitalization Movements

This course examines cultural and linguistic revitalization efforts among various cultural groups, particularly indigenous peoples of North America. This interdisciplinary course will draw from the fields of anthropology, religious studies, linguistics, and education in order to study the history of traditional religious and linguistic practices in several communities and the various forms of revitalization efforts programs being used.
