HSPST-219 Advanced grammar review and practical application

Rigorous review of Spanish grammar at the highest level, including study of the more complex structures relating to the use of the subjunctive,the passive voice and reflexives, the preterite and imperfect tenses, expressions of probability, and the expansion of expository vocabulary. Considerable effort devoted to the development of a mature style of writing, but emphasis placed on the learning and oral practice of grammatical structures. Especially recommended for Spanish majors or minors in their sophomore year, those planning to study abroad or future teachers of Spanish
