GOVT-246 Latin America in the World

This course explores the foreign relations of Latin American states. The course will focus primarily on US-Latin American relations and Latin America’s efforts to form regional blocs, as well as partnerships outside the hemisphere, as counterweights to the enduring US influence in the region.
