COLEG-260 Leadership: Theories and Practices
This course offers an introduction to the basic theories, concepts, methods, and practices of leadership in all types of organizational cultures and settings. Review and critical evaluation of classical and emerging theories of leadership is offered. Emphasis is placed on the impact and influence of power, ethics, public discourses, and technology on 21st century leadership strategies and practices.
