COLEG-215 The Virtual Leader and Organization: Observation and Analysis
Organizational culture, communication, and climate have had to rapidly transform to address the new reality of inclusive virtual practices and systems. Such massive and systemic change offers both profound leadership challenges and opportunities. To better understand these dynamics this course will use readings, presentations from virtual change management practitioners, and field interviews/observations of virtual on-campus student groups and/or local community organizations.
