GEOSC-250 Seminar on Geology of the Desert Southwest
This is a half-credit 3eminar to prepare students for GEOSC 291 (Field Studies in the Desert Southwest). Students will meet for 1.5 hours each week to learn about the geologic and human history of the southwestern United States, with an emphasis on the large-scale geologic processes that shaped Arizona and how humans interact with, and modify, the natural environment.
